💶 New fee model (from Jan 1, 2026)

Starting in 2026, the conditions in the EU change for apps that offer external payments (e.g. Stripe or Apple Pay via a custom gateway).

The new model combines three types of fees:

📥 Initial Acquisition Fee (IAF) – 2%

• Fee for new users during the first 6 months of their subscription.
• Does not apply to users who have already paid in the past.

🏪 Store Services Fee – 5% or 13%

• Depends on the chosen App Store services tier.
• Tier 1: 5%
• Tier 2: 13%

⚙️ Core Technology Commission (CTC) – 5%

• New fee that replaces the original Core Technology Fee (€0.50 after 1M installs).
• Applies to every digital content transaction, regardless of payment channel.
